The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, a utility with washing machine, a dining room, and a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin with basin, along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is a front garden, an enclosed rear garden with lawn, and roadside parking. No smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles and a pub in 0.2 miles. 48 Polecat Cottages is a wonderful base for exploring East Sussex as a family. Note: The stairs are quite steep and unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Note: There are low ceilings throughout the property. Please Note: during July, August and school term holidays this property accepts a minimum of 3 nights
