The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with AGA, microwave, two ring electric hob and twin drawer air-fryer, dishwasher and dining seating, a utility with fridge/freezer, washing machine and a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size, a double, a twin and a ground-floor single (2ft 6" bed) serviced by a ground-floor bathroom and first-floor cloakroom. Outside there is off-road parking for three cars, and an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, hot tub and furniture. Within 2 miles there is a shop and 2.3 miles a pub. Travel cot and highchair available. Two well-behaved dogs welcome but sorry, no smoking. EV Charger (payable per charge via the FUUSE APP). WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Explore Devon at Posbury Lodge.
