Arrivals after 1:00 am are not accepted.- Presentation of passports and/or National Identity Document through our application for the transmission of data to the National Police of Spain.
Mandatory by Law.- Responsible use of electricity.- No smoking inside the apartment.- Do not leave the keys in the door lock on the inside.
In the event that the keys are left on and we cannot enter, the urgent locksmith service will be charged (€150).- Loss of apartment keys.
The amount of the copies of the same will be charged.- Lost objects.
The company will not be responsible for objects left in the apartment that are not found by our cleaning staff.
Check well before leaving the apartment.- Respect rest hours of the neighbors.
From 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 11:00 p.m.
Do not cause disturbance by noise.- Pets are not allowed.- Parties or events are not allowed.

Appartement propre et agréable, situé en centre ville, cachet du quartier et de l'immeuble, vue sur les orangers.
2 Chambres sans luminosité avec fenêtres donnant sur murs, lave vaisselle hors service, vaisselle minimale, odeur de chat sale, miaulements de chats dans la cour empêchant de dormir, certains lits une personne de mauvaise qualité, impossible de prendre une douche chaude confortable.
