WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well behaved dog welcome, £25 charge. Sorry cats are not allowed at this property. No smoking. Within 1.7 miles there is a shop and pub. Oak Leaves Cottage is a wonderful escape, whatever time of year. PLEASE NOTE - LATEST ARRIVAL AT THIS PROPERTY IS 8PM - IF YOU ARRIVE AFTER 8PM YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. PLEASE NOTE: COMMERCIAL VEHICLES ARE NOT PERMITTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORISATION.
