Cozy and colorful apartment of about 40 sqm, ideal for 2 people, located on the second floor of an ancient and characteristic building (NO lift).
The property is located in the historic center of Florence (Restricted-Traffic Area), in the lively Sant'Ambrogio district, a few minutes on foot from the homonymous market and the marvelous Basilica of Santa Croce. The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Florence Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th. The keys to the apartment can be picked up on the day of check-in from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. at a KeyNest pick-up point that will be notified to you after booking with the code that will be sent to you the day before your arrival.
The KeyNest pick-up point is located in the immediate proximity of the apartment.
Upon check-out, keys must be returned to the same KeyNest pick-up point. PLEASE NOTE: It is mandatory to complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment. Schön wäre es, wenn ein wenig mehr Geschirr (Gläser, Teller, Besteck - jeweils nur 2 Stück und leider auch noch angeschlagen) in der Küche zur Verfügung wäre. Das war ein bisschen schade!

El check-in fue un desorden: las llaves se recogen en un hotel a unos 15 minutos del alojamiento, cuando el anuncio decía 2–4 minutos. Esto nos hizo perder tiempo y complicó la llegada. Además, había problemas claros de mantenimiento (váter roto) y la calefacción fue nada práctica (tardamos muchísim...
