Cozy and colorful apartment of about 40 sqm, ideal for 2 people, located on the second floor of an ancient and characteristic building (NO lift). The property is located in the historic center of Florence (Restricted-Traffic Area), in the lively Sant'Ambrogio district, a few minutes on foot from the homonymous market and the marvelous Basilica of Santa Croce.
The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas hob - 4 burners, fridge with freezer, moka coffee maker, oven, kettle, dishwasher, wine glasses and kitchenware), dining table, sofa and small TV;
- BEDROOM with double bed, chest of drawers and small walk-in closet;
- BATHROOM with shower cubicle (raised), sink, bidet and toilet.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the living room), independent heating, washing machine (in the kitchen), iron and ironing board, clothesline and hairdryer.
PLEASE NOTE that there are some steps to access the bathroom from the bedroom.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.

The keys to the apartment can be picked up on the day of check-in from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. at a KeyNest pick-up point that will be notified to you after booking with the code that will be sent to you the day before your arrival.

Upon check-out, keys must be returned to the same KeyNest pick-up point. PLEASE NOTE: It is mandatory to complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment. In a few minutes on foot it is possible to reach Basilica of Santa Croce, which houses Giotto's frescoes and the monumental tombs of Michelangelo and Galileo, and then continue towards the main points of interest in the city, letting yourself be enveloped by the charm and architecture of the historic center of Florence and its monuments. Schön wäre es, wenn ein wenig mehr Geschirr (Gläser, Teller, Besteck - jeweils nur 2 Stück und leider auch noch angeschlagen) in der Küche zur Verfügung wäre. Das war ein bisschen schade!

In der 2. Nacht konnte man vor lauter Mücken nicht schlafen. Fliegengitter wären gut.
