1 kitchen area - dining room, 1 living room, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 and the second with 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 0.80, 1 bathroom (sink, shower) with WC.
Equipment: 1 gas cooker (4 burners), 1 oven, 1 microwave, 1 electric coffee maker, 1 refrigerator, 1 washing machine, 1 sofa and dining room furniture, 1 TV and 1 fireplace (decorative only). End of stay cleaning on reservation: flat rate of €70. Linen is not provided.
One pet accepted €25. Location: about 700 m from shops, 600 m from the main beach and 300 m from the municipal swimming pool (hammam, sauna). Provide proof of civil liability insurance with the holiday clause.

For you to move more easily, free shuttles (July and August) are at your disposal and criss-cross the entire resort of La Grière to La Terrière via the town centre.
Departing from La Tranche sur Mer, you can enjoy cruises to Ile de Ré, Ile d'Aix or Fort Boyard.

Maison très spacieuse
Très pratique pour une maison de vacances
Beaucoup de vaisselle (ce qui est rare). Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour à 5 personnes.
Très proche du centre ville et de la plage a pied
La douche un peu petite
La cours est éblouissante avec le soleil sur les murs blancs

L'emplacement, la proximité des commerces et de la plage . La cour devant pour garer la voiture , la terrasse et la maison spacieuse, lits corrects.
Le ménage n'avait pas été fait lors de notre arrivée.
Le réfrigérateur est trop petit
Le four est vieillot, en ce qui concerne la douche Le rideau de douche était jaune en bas a remplacé par une paroi c'est plus hygiénique.
