banquette de salon inconfortable pas de ventilateur mauvais entretient du logement ex; chasse d'eau en panne prise de courant mal fixée serrure d'entrée difficile a ouvrir dont la principale bloquée on ne ferme que le verrou du haut difficilement ps:fuite d'eau sous le compteur d'eau le ou,les propriétaires vont avoir du travail pour louer ce bien

L',appartement est parfaitement situé, la possibilité de garer la voiture au parking est appréciable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, circulation à vélo bien pensée dans la région, nous n',avons quasiment pas eu besoin de prendre la voiture.
