Located in a secure residence with an elevator, it comprises: an entrance hall, a living room (dining area, sofa bed, TV) opening onto a balcony, a kitchenette (dishwasher, oven, microwave, 3 induction hobs), a shower room, a separate toilet, and a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and an en-suite shower room.
A private laundry room (washing machine, dryer) is located on the landing.
Private underground parking is available.
Pets are not allowed.

Great views of the tides and harbour / marina bring binoculars.
Security. Bollards, garage doors, dark corridors, lifts and 5 keys. Was a challenge with bags and luggage.
