Agréable CHALET de 80m² habitable avec belle terrasse d'environ 40m² exposée Sud avec vue sur le Sancy comprenant pièce à vivre ouvrant sur terrasse, poêle à bois, cuisine US équipée avec lave linge, lave vaisselle, réfrigérateur grand modèle et congélateur.

A l'étage :
Une chambre lit 140 ouvrant sur balcon Est
Une deuxième chambre lit 140 ouvrant sur balcon Ouest et donnant accès à une petite chambre équipée de 1 lit simple.

Beau chalet très confortable et idéalement placé, belle vue sur le massif du Sancy. La grande terrasse est particulièrement attractive.

Parfait pour un séjour avec enfants en bas âge avec grande terrasse sécurisée. Emplacement idéal à 5 minutes en voiture de la ville et directement sur les chemins de randonnée. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour!
Seul petit point négatif: les lits doubles sont vraiment trop petits!
