Welcome to this studio for 2 people, located 50m from the Lutins beach and close to the beaches of Luzéronde and La Linière.
Completely renovated, this semi-detached studio is located in a residence, at number 5. It includes from the entrance: a hallway/cabin area with 1 Murphy bed for 2 people/140 bed and storage.
A separate bed is possible on the 140 sofa bed in the living room. At the entrance: a bathroom with shower/wc/washing machine. Bright living room with kitchen and equipped lounge. This living room opens onto a private terrace, facing south and equipped with an electric awning/garden furniture/deckchairs and a plancha. The port of Herbaudière is a 1km walk away and offers many shops and a market every Monday morning.
Included in the price: beds made on arrival - towels and household linen. End of stay cleaning: €40. Wifi. Private parking space to park your car (access from the other side of the street). Pets allowed, provided they are discreet, clean, and do not move around the residence alone. Only one pet is accepted (microchipped or tattooed animals, vaccinated and outside categories 1 and 2). Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Final Cleaning : 42.55 € per stay Property managed by a professional.
