Quietly located, 4 km from the sea, 2 km from shops, and close to the owners' farm (cattle and sheep - tours are possible), this old farmhouse has been renovated into a gîte, adjoining a rental property.
Large terrace and enclosed garden of 150 m² (east-facing).
Ground floor (accessible to people with reduced mobility): spacious and bright living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (queen-size bed) with private bathroom, and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (each with two twin 80x200 beds), 5 m² sleeping alcove (high 80x200 bed), shower room, and separate toilet.
Amenities include: Wi-Fi, washer-dryer, and complete baby equipment.
Not included: aerothermal heating (underfloor), electricity, sheets (€15/bed), towels (€13/set), and tourist tax.
