Studio avec ascenseur et balcon, face à la mer, calme. Parking accessible et pratique ce qui est un plus aux Sables d'Olonne vue la difficulté de stationner en haute saison. L'agence Pool immobilier qui gère ce bien est réactive, efficace et sérieuse ce qui est à souligner.

Excellent L',emplacement est excellent avec une vraie vue mer, l',appartement est bien équipé, très fonctionnel et confortable. Tout est accessible à pied, la plage, le remblai, la supérette...
