Independent cottage located in a hamlet of character, in a quiet environment, in the heart of the Don Valley (another cottage on the site).
Enclosed garden of 500 m² with trees, swing, table tennis, badminton and bowling green. 6 bicycles (4 adults/2 children) available on reservation.
Ground floor: very spacious living room, separate fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (2 beds 80x200) with private shower room, separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 adjoining bedrooms separated by 1 shower room and 1 separate toilet (1: 1 bed 160x200, 2: 2 beds 90x200).
Additional equipment: DVD player, freezer, tumble dryer, baby equipment, wifi.
Not included: aerothermal and electric heating, sheets, towels, tourist tax.
Mandatory cleaning fee for professional customers (€90).
Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival: - End of stay cleaning: €86.21 per stay Property managed by a professional.
Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental.
