CAMBO, C291: Charming, bright, and comfortable one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a small, quiet building.
It comprises a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm), a living/dining room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and washbasin, a separate WC, and a south-facing furnished terrace overlooking greenery with no overlooking neighbors.

The apartment must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available).
An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).
Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they consider to be inconsistent or anything our staff may have overlooked.
If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure.
This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage.
In the event of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.
Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival: - End-of-stay cleaning (T2 apartment): €55. - Bed linen (double bed): €20. - Towels/person/week: €8.

Nous avons apprécié la qualité de l'accueil téléphonique de Poplidays. L'appartement choisi était conforme au descriptif, très bien meublé et équipé. Très proche du centre à pied dans une rue calme et résidentielle. Si nous revenons faire une cure à Cambo, nous reviendrons dans le même appartement.
