Located in the Biscarrosse golf course development, we offer a lovely villa that can accommodate up to 8 people.
The location is ideal for a week or more with family or friends, as you have a view of the golf courses.
You are 1 km from the lake beaches (a 20-minute walk), perfect for boating or paddleboarding, and 6 km from the ocean for surfing lessons or relaxing on the beach.
You also have almost immediate access to our Landes cycle paths.
The villa comprises an entrance hall, a large living room with a TV lounge with Wi-Fi, a dining area, and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, large fridge-freezer, and microwave).
In the sleeping area: a separate toilet for added comfort, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a first bedroom with two single beds (90cm), a second bedroom with four bunk beds (90cm), and a master suite with a double bed (160cm) and en-suite bathroom (bathtub, shower, and toilet).
A lovely east/south-facing wooden terrace with a dining table and garden furniture for enjoying your meals, and a west-facing terrace with a dining table, allow you to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature.
A private parking space completes the amenities.
Your pet (cat or dog) is welcome.
A sunny holiday awaits! End-of-stay cleaning is included.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Bed linen: from €20 per bed per week, bath kit: from €15 per person per week, high chair/cot: from €10 per week Property managed by a professional.

Maison très agréable à vivre, très lumineuse, bien équipée, grand jardin au calme, à 5 mn du lac, bien adaptée aux petits. Très bonnes vacances. Deux bémols : pas de volets ni de rideaux occultants dans les chambres et intimité réduite dans le jardin car pas de haie ni clôture (mais c'est le cas aussi pour toutes les autres maisons autour du golf)
