The apartment also comprises a living room, dining room, one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm), one bedroom with two single beds (90cm), and a bathroom with a clothes dryer.
Two parking spaces with wheel clamps are included.
Access to the swimming pool is available.
Internet access is available.
Small pets are allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside. *The swimming pool is open in July and August only.
All decisions regarding the swimming pool are made by the condominium association.
Therefore, no discount will be given if the pool is closed to the public.
Neither the agency nor the owner can be held responsible. * Bed linen and towels are not provided (this service is available for a fee upon request to the agency).
The rental must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available).
An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).
Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they consider to be inconsistent or anything our staff may have missed.
If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be conducted by the agency the day before departure.
This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage.
In the case of a preliminary inventory, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually departed.
Optional services payable on site and to be booked before your arrival: - End-of-stay cleaning for a 2-bedroom apartment: €66. - Bed linen (single bed): €15. - Bed linen (double bed): €20. - Towels/person/week: €8.

Bel appartement au calme dans une très belle résidence entourée de verdure : reposant (très peu de monde au mois d'avril).
Appartement spacieux, propre, très bien équipé et à la décoration sympa typée Pays Basque.
Deux places de parking privées dans l'enceinte fermée de la résidence.
