Accommodation Description
The log house was completed in 2022, offers you 120 m² of living space and fascinates with its round log construction.
On the first level of the house, there is a bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a living-dining area with a large balcony at the front and a spacious terrace (south side) at the rear. Other Rental Price Payment Upon booking, after receiving the booking confirmation and invoice, 30% of the rental price must be transferred within the next 5 days.
The remaining 70% is due up to 2 months before the rental start date. If a booking is made less than 2 months before the rental start date, the entire rental amount is due within the following 5 days after booking. Cancellation In case of cancellation of the booking more than 1 month before the rental start date, a fee of 30% of the rental amount is due. In case of cancellation less than 1 month before the rental start date, 90% of the rental amount is due for payment, provided that we cannot re-rent the holiday home for the relevant period.
We therefore recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. Deposit As we have placed great importance on the high-quality furnishings of the natural log house, we charge a deposit of €300.00, which will be refunded to you provided no damage has been caused. The opening of our newly built log house took place in September 2022. Arrival You can move into the holiday home between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Check-out between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM. In a cozy corner, there is also a sofa bed available for reading (small library), relaxing, or for an additional person to sleep. A beautiful view of the Palatinate Forest and the surrounding area is offered by the light-filled glass front on the upper floor of the house with a wooden balcony and further seating.
In the living area on the lower floor, the sofa can also be converted into an additional sleeping option. The ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating.
During the cooler seasons, a pellet stove with natural stone also provides cozy warmth in the log house. An outdoor barrel sauna also offers the best conditions for your personal well-being program.
