Alles was netjes en goed geregeld maar wat tegen viel was dat het zwembad te koud(geen verwarming)was en dat de buren aan het verbouwen waren. Voor dat laatste hebben we wel compensatie gehad door de schoonmaakkosten niet te rekenen. Verder prima locatie dicht bij een supermarkt en vele restaurantjes.

Very nice villa , definitely one of the more modern ones inside. Only slight negative about the place for us is how overlooked the pool can be.

Das Appartement "Orquidea" liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse (Eckgrundstück). Direkt vor dem Haus gibt es mehrere Parkmöglichkeiten, wir haben immer sofort einen Parkplatz bekommen.
Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer, ein geräumiges Wohn-Esszimmer mit Küche, 2 Bäder und eine große Terrasse mit einem eigene...
Das Meer ist je nach Wind und Wellengang etwas verschmutzt, dadurch sammeln sich auch am Strand kleine Plastikteile.
