The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, a dining area with seating for eight guests, and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of two king-size with en-suite shower rooms, a ground-floor king-size and a ground-floor double, along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed patio with furniture and hot tub, along with off-road parking for four cars. Within 3.7 miles you will find a shop, and within 0.6 miles, a pub and please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Partridge Place is an exceptional base for a wonderful retreat in the East Riding of Yorkshire. ote: No stag/hen parties or similar. Note: This property neighbours’ other properties please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Note: Please contact the owner directly with regards to electric car charging.
