Ormesby St Margaret is a quiet village and is located close to the east coast beaches and within The Broads National Park, so you have best of both worlds on your doorstep.

Nearby routes include the Weavers Way and the National Cycle route 30 that runs along the coast.
Beautiful sandy beaches include Scratby, Hemsby, and Winterton-on-Sea all within 3 miles’ drive.
At Horsey beach you can visit the resident seal colony when visiting in the winter, be sure to spot the seal pups too.
Caister Castle ruins and the Motor Museum are found within 3 miles.

Chimney Springs is a really nice property and with a few decorating touches here and there it would be excellent.
Unfortunately, none of the outside lighting works which makes the garden very dark at night....shame because the garden is beautiful!
