Mooi huis, nieuw, smaakvol ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien. Locatie met mooi terras met uitzicht op zee. Huis is wel een beetje lastig bereikbaar. Erg steile weggetjes. Vergt de nodige vaardigheid om de auto bij het huis geparkeerd te krijgen. Verder geluidsoverlast van continue (ook ‘s nachts) blaffende hond van de buren.
