On the ground floor there is a stylish sitting room with a lovely Cotswold stone fireplace with a cosy electric flame effect stove, large dining area with seating for six and a well-equipped kitchen which leads onto a well established courtyard garden, complete with outdoor seating and a charcoal barbecue. Little Mullions is a dog friendly holiday home, suitable for two well behaved dogs.

This place was an absolute dream! We loved the place entirely, start to finish. It was supremely comfortable, lovely, and well equipped. We were traveling as a family group including small children as a the baby crib and extra beds were perfect. The parking spot was so helpful too. We hope to come back!

The property was conveniently located near Burton on the Water. It was clean and well presented. The host left some welcome items (bread, eggs, jam, milk) which was a wonderful touch. I would highly recommend. Like all places in the UK beware of the no aircon during hot periods as the top room gets awfully hot.

A beautiful cottage, ideally placed for a visit to the Cotswolds. We were a little concerned about parking but needn't have been, we had no problem parking what turned out to be an additional 3 vehicles, further down the road. The cottage was beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and a baby. An extremely enjoyable stay.
