Our vacation apartment was completed in October 2022 and lovingly furnished for you.
We hope you will feel comfortable here.
From our house, you can reach the shopping street in the village center, all parks, the stair quarter, and the Elbe River on foot within a few minutes.
The beach with its ferry terminal and two sailing clubs, as well as several beautiful parks, invite you for relaxing walks. Dear Guests of HappyMoments, We would like to inform you that you can pick up the key card for your vacation apartment at our restaurant Rio Grande Blankenese, located at Dockenhudener Straße 2, 22587 Hamburg, from our team.
As a small welcome gift, we invite you to enjoy a refreshing drink of your choice, on the house. Dear Guests of HappyMoments, By booking the vacation apartment, you acknowledge the following house rules. House Rules / Terms and Conditions Vacation Apartment Our vacation apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
We kindly ask you NOT to smoke in the apartment.
Thank you very much. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time if there are any deviations from the stated arrival times.
The chip card handover will be arranged individually. We provide you with bed linen for the duration of your stay.
You do not need to remove the covers before your departure. Used dishes should be placed clean and dry back into the cupboards; the beds do not need to be stripped.
Please gather all used towels in a pile on the floor before departure. Bathroom. To prevent limescale deposits, we ask you to squeegee the tiles/glass of the shower after showering.
Leave the window and, if possible, the door open for ventilation. No hygiene products, waste, food scraps, harmful liquids, grease, or similar should be thrown or poured into the shower or toilet, as this can lead to unpleasant blockages.
Please use the provided facilities. Damages No one intentionally damages property, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks.
If this should happen, please be sure to report the damage immediately so that we do not only discover it after your departure during the final cleaning.
The guest is liable for damages up to the cost of replacement. Bed Linen The cost of the final cleaning is covered by the total price, unless otherwise agreed.
It is calculated based on normal cleaning effort.
If you desire cleaning during your stay, please let us know! Hair Dryer We provide a hair dryer for the duration of your stay.
You will find it in the vanity unit under the sink. Liability The landlord is not liable for valuables belonging to the guest(s). Towels We provide towels for the duration of your stay.
You will find additional towels in the vanity unit under the sink.
Please simply place used towels on the floor before departure. First-Aid Kit A small first-aid kit is available for emergencies and can be found in the vanity unit under the sink.
However, we hope you will not need it. House Right Under certain circumstances, it may be necessary for the landlord to enter the vacation apartment without the guest's knowledge. Pets Animals are allowed in the apartment. Internet / Wi-Fi A wireless internet connection (Wi-Fi) is available in the vacation apartment.
The access code is available in the apartment. Baby Crib / High Chair Upon request, we will gladly provide a travel crib with bedding and/or a high chair free of charge.
Please let us know at the time of booking what you require. Kitchen The kitchen has been completely newly installed.
Please handle the kitchen furnishings and appliances with care.
Please only put dishes back into the cupboards when they are dry and clean.
The same applies to cutlery, pots, and appliances that you have used.
Please return everything as you would like to find it yourself. No waste, food scraps, harmful liquids, grease, or similar should be thrown or poured into the sink, as this can lead to unpleasant blockages. Ventilation To prevent mold formation, we ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently, at least one burst of ventilation (5-10 minutes) per day, and especially after showering. Waste As we are obligated to separate waste, we kindly ask for your help.
Please separate the waste as follows: -> Packaging materials according to the yellow bag, i.e., all packaging with the green dot. -> Paper (blue trash can) The bin for this is located by the coat rack. -> Organic (green bin), i.e., fruit and vegetable waste, coffee filters, tea bags, etc. -> Residual waste (everything that does not fall into the first two categories) -> We will dispose of empty glass bottles/returnable bottles for you upon request.
Trash bags are provided. Parking is available directly on the street.
Further public parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity. There is no entitlement to a price reduction in the event of a short-term failure of furnishings, public supply, or due to force majeure.
Defects in the vacation apartment must be reported to the landlord immediately.
The guest grants the landlord a reasonable period to rectify the defects.
Later complaints will not be accepted and cannot be credited. Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited in our vacation apartment.
Damages such as burn marks and holes in or on furniture, flooring, bedding, etc., will result in us charging you the replacement value. It is possible to smoke on the entire property.
However, please dispose of cigarette butts not on the ground, but in the provided ashtrays or residual waste. Cleaning Should you accidentally cause a mishap (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), we ask you to clean it up immediately.
A broom, dustpan, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies are available.
Buckets and mops can be obtained from the main house.
We ask you to leave the vacation apartment broom-clean upon departure and to return all used dishes clean and dry to the cupboards. The main entrance door can only be opened from the outside with a chip card.
Please do not carelessly slam the door, but ensure you have a chip card with you.
The main door should always be closed and locked with a chip card when leaving the house.
Likewise, all windows must be closed when leaving the apartment to prevent possible damage from bad weather or burglary. Additional Arrangements Upon request or by arrangement, we offer additional extras such as -/ bread roll service, breakfast, lunch, dinner.

Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien en veel ruimtelijker dan het op de foto’s leek. Ook de omgeving van Blankenese is prachtig met de oever van de Elbe op loopafstand en met de S bahn ben je zo in Hamburg.
