Our holiday apartment was completed in October 2022 and lovingly furnished for you. We hope you will feel comfortable here.
From our house, you can reach the shopping street in the village center, all parks, the Staircase Quarter, and the Elbe River on foot within a few minutes. The beach with its ferry terminal and two sailing clubs, as well as several beautiful parks, invite you for relaxing walks. Dear HappyMoments Guests, We would like to inform you that you can also pick up your key card for your holiday apartment at our restaurant, Rio Grande Blankenese, located at Dockenhudener Straße 2 in 22587 Hamburg.
Our team will be happy to assist you. As a small welcome gift, we invite you to enjoy a refreshing drink of your choice, on the house from our restaurant. House Rules/Terms and Conditions Holiday Apartment Our holiday apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Therefore, we kindly ask you NOT to smoke in the apartment.
Thank you very much. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time if there are any deviations from the stated arrival times.
The chip card handover will take place by individual arrangement. We will provide you with bed linen for the duration of your stay.
You do not need to remove the covers before your departure. Used dishes should be put back into the cupboards clean and dry; the beds do not need to be stripped. Before you leave, please simply put all used towels in a pile on the floor. Bathroom. To prevent limescale deposits, we ask you to squeegee the tiles/glass of the shower after showering. Leave the window and, if possible, also the door open for ventilation. No hygiene products, waste, food scraps, harmful liquids, grease, or similar should be thrown or poured into the shower and toilet, as this can lead to unpleasant blockages.

Defects in the holiday apartment must be reported to the landlord immediately.
The guest grants the landlord a reasonable period for rectifying the defects.

Sehr gepflegte grosse Wohnung. Die Lage auch super. Allerdings an einer Hauptstraße, also viel Verkehr . Deshalb etwas schwierig mit dem Parken und aus,- und beladen.
Aber trotzdem alles in allem super.
Wenn man nachts zur Toilette musste haben die Dielen Sehr gekracht. Über Tag ist das nicht so aufgefallen
