This one bedroom glamping pod with kitchenette and ensuite is one of eight stunning pods located in a beautiful setting overlooking the Winster Valley. As soon as you arrive you will instantly feel relaxed. Whether you're after a romantic retreat, or simply a base to explore the Lakes, 'Lyth Valley' will take your breath away..
Belonging to the Brown Horse Inn, the 'Woodland Pods' are a unique and delightful place to stay. Sympathetically designed and furnished in a contemporary style to offer a little bit of tranquillity in a stunning location. Each pod is individually styled and decorated to provide a clean and contemporary holiday experience with all your creature comforts. With couples in mind, the pods are cosy and snug in the evening and bright and calming during the day.
On arrival to the Brown Horse Inn head to your designated parking area and follow the path that leads up to the Woodland Pods. Lyth Valley is the third on your right. Enter the pod from your private outside terrace through large patio doors to a beautiful room with a comfy king size bed, kitchenette area with a table and chairs and a spacious and modern ensuite shower room with bath robes.
Take a deep breath and relax... enjoy a drink on the terrace whilst soaking up those views.. or perhaps head down to the Inn for a scrumptious meal and a little tipple. For those with children, a play area is on site to keep them entertained while you simply carry on relaxing.

An immaculately presented one bedroom pod with kitchenette, spacious ensuite and an outside terrace. Beautifully designed with couples in mind. With amazing views and an award winning restaurant and bar on your doorstep. Great location and fabulous accommodation. One dog welcome.

You really get what you paid for. The location is just 10-15 mins drive away from bowness of Windermere so it’s really a good location. We were able to have a good time and rest as there was less noise as the environment was very peaceful. And to add up, the pod was so aesthetic yet modern. Would highly recommend!

Everything was great, we will definitely be back in summer. We will make sure we go to the Brown Horse Inn on site and try some of their food as we missed out and regret it! So cozy and warm and the staff are very friendly. The little kitchen was a big plus and the bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was modern and very spacious. 8 minute drive from Windermere was perfect.
