Designed by the owner to a very high standard, The Stables has a stunning, sociable open-plan living space with everything you could need, including a breakfast bar and wine cooler.
Surrounded by oak beams and finished with marble worktops, the living area features a comfy sitting area with library area and Smart TV, dining table and a well-equipped kitchen.
A welcome pack will be provided on arrival featuring honey, croissants and milk, and tea and coffee are also provided.
The Stables sleep up to four guests in two bedrooms, one double and one king, each bedroom has been tastefully presented with the highest level of comfort in mind, dressed in hypo-allergenic bedding and with Smart TV’s and tea/coffee making facilities.
Both bedrooms with the bonus of en-suite facilities, the master en-suite features a roll-top bath as well a walk-in shower.
Please remove shoes on arrival, slippers and bath robes are provided for all guests.
Outside there is a large, decked area with sun loungers and corner seating, and a grass area with outdoor dining table, which makes the perfect area for sitting and enjoy a summer’s evening.
Please be careful of the well on the decked area.
The Stables makes the perfect base for families or couples wanting to discover Bath, Bristol, Somerset and the Cotswolds.
Bristol is 10 miles away, and the World Heritage city of Bath is only 14 miles away, a city with a story to tell.
Tetbury and Castle Combe are around 30 minutes away, where you can enjoy a spot of lunch in some of their wonderful traditional English pubs, followed by a walk around the beautiful Cotswold villages dotted around the area.

The Stables is a lovely property, beautifully decorated and furnished throughout. It’s a great open plan space, just as the photos show. It was perfect for us when visiting family that live locally in Yate. The local pub, that is within walking distance to the property, looked to have a good menu but we didn’t get chance to visit.

Had a lovely stay here, its a very comfortable, clean and spacious barn conversion in a peaceful location, each bedroom has large en-suite's which is great and the kitchen is very modern, fully equipped and has a breakfast bar.

Coming from housekeeping on super yachts, I'm used to a very high standard of cleanliness and housekeeping and this did not disappoint one bit. The place was immaculate. A beautiful/ fun home to cook for the family, have cosy nights and the decor was without a doubt a feast for the eyes. A lot of thought has gone into the decor of this home. We had lovely croissants when we arrived waiting for us.
