The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and coffee machine, a sitting room with Smart TV, and a utility with washing machine. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with Smart TV, a twin, and a single, along with a ground-floor shower room and a first-floor cloakroom. Outside there is off-road parking for one car to the rear, and free parking in the market square. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.1 miles. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. Note: The ceiling is low in the single bedroom. Printers Cottage is a charming base to use whilst exploring Lincolnshire AONB. Travel cot available - guests will need to bring own mattress. Highchair available. 2 stair gates are available, but these will need to be requested before arrival.

Lovely well furnished cottage. Very clean, good quality beds and bedding. All you need for a comfortable stay in the heart of a village but so surprised how quiet and peaceful it was. Attention to detail in every room, with out being cluttered.
