Can Malondra is a wonderful country house with 4 bedrooms, for 8 people, gardens and a huge swimming pool, located in the heart of nature in the Pollença area, very close to the beaches.
Upon entering the villa we find beautiful natural stone paths that lead you through the garden to the pool terrace, where the sun loungers invite you to enjoy the Mediterranean sun to the fullest.
The pool is simply spectacular. It is 9 x 4.5 m in size and has a water depth of 0.60 - 1.90 m. and it is the ideal place to cool off from the heat of the Mediterranean.
Next to the pool is the terrace furnished with outdoor kitchen and barbecue, the perfect place to dine al fresco and cook delicious barbecues with friends and family.
In the garden and on the terraces we find different resting places with hammocks, sofa areas and outdoor armchairs.
There is a large grassy area for children to play and run in front of the house. The natural garden has Mediterranean trees and plants.
From the pool terrace there is access to a bright living room with air conditioning, comfortable sofas and satellite TV, ideal for reading or relaxing.
The adjoining living - dining room is comfortably furnished. The separate kitchen-dining room has a ceramic hob, in addition to all the important devices and utensils to enjoy a gastronomic holiday, there is also another dining table for 6 people.
In the laundry room there is a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Can Malondra has 4 bedrooms with air conditioning: two of the rooms are equipped with 2 single beds each and two other rooms with 1 double bed each. All rooms have 1 closet each. In addition, two of the bedrooms offer a bathroom with a bathtub en suite. There is a third bathroom with a bathtub for all residents.
If you are traveling with a baby, a cot and high chair can be provided.
There are 2 outdoor parking spaces.

In der Finca war alles vorhanden, es man so braucht. Tischtennisplatte, Außengrill und Pool waren großartig. Das Haus war super, die Einrichtung zum Teil etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber absolut in Ordnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Garten war ganz toll!

Comfortable, clean well equipped villa. The owner has obviously loved this property and it shows, but for us the garden, pool and outside bbq facilities are amazing. We had a fabulous stay.
