The lovingly renovated loft apartment (approx. 28 m²) is located in Petersthal in beautiful Oberallgäu—ideal for couples or families with 1–2 children.
The swimming pool is currently closed until further notice. PLEASE NOTE: Not suitable for 3–4 adults. Amenities: • Living area with sofa bed (1.80 m) for 2 people • Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and mini oven for fresh bread rolls • Sleeping area in the attic (1.40 m bed, accessible by ladder, limited headroom), perfect for children or those who like it cozy • Modern bathroom with natural light • Covered northwest-facing balcony with direct views of Lake Rottach and side views of Grünten • Wi-Fi, TV, fan, coffee/tea, online bread roll delivery service • Underground parking and bicycle storage • Coin-operated washing machine Shared in the neighboring building: • Private use of the sauna is possible for an additional fee • Showers The surrounding area features lakes, hiking trails, and 40 km of groomed cross-country ski trails in winter.
Shops and restaurants are just a few minutes away by car. At the lake, you'll find a kiosk with a beer garden, delicious food, playground, and pedal boat rental. Please note: • For vacation guests only • No workers • No pets allowed • Towel and bed linen changes are available for an additional fee during longer stays.

Die Aussicht vom Balkon und dass es ein Schwimmbad gab. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.
Fliegennetze an den Fenstern wären vllt noch ein Verbesserungsvorschlag.
Ansonsten gibt es rein gar nichts zu bemängeln.
Die Unterkunft war liebevoll eingerichtet.
