Modern and bright flat, recently renovated, in the heart of the Saragozza district, one of the most beautiful residential areas of Bologna.
The flat is located on the first floor of a building in a district well connected to the historic centre, the Ospedale Maggiore, the Stadio dall'Ara and the Unipol Arena. The entrance opens onto a hallway that welcomes guests with a comfortable bench with two shelves for storing shoes and a mirrored wardrobe. The living area consists of a living room furnished with a single sofa bed, dining table and TV, directly connected to a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, the first equipped with a double bed, armchair, wardrobe and desk, the second with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, chest of drawers, clothes rack and desk. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
Comforts such as free wi-fi connection, washing machine, air conditioning and independent heating will be available in the accommodation.
We also offer our guests authentic experiences to live in contact with the locals. If interested, please contact us and we will be happy to help you create your perfect holiday discovering the beauties of Italy.
Bologna, known as the "Dotta" being the seat of the oldest University in the West, the "Grassa" for its excellent food and wine and the "Rossa" colour characterising the historic centre, is a wonderful city of art, culture and commerce. Its soul lies in its medieval historical centre, which is among the largest in Europe and full of taverns, shops and theatres, characterised by almost 40 km of arcades. In the historical centre is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of the medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are Giambologna's Neptune Fountain and the Medieval Towers, the Asinelli and the Garisenda, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in the numerous museums, galleries and religious buildings. It is impossible to leave Bologna without tasting its food and wine products, including mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla Bolognese accompanied by the well-known DOC wines of the Colli Bolognesi! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna is a city that can surprise you all year round.
The central train station is 3.5 km away, while the airport can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.
