The flat, located on the ground floor of a building with an entrance under Bologna's characteristic porticoes, welcomes guests with a comfortable space equipped with a coat rack, an umbrella stand, a mirror, a shelf and a bench with a shelf for storing shoes. A large open space with a sofa, dining table and fully equipped kitchen follows the entrance. The kitchen includes amenities such as an oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one furnished with a double bed, a single sofa bed, a coat rack, a mirror and a desk, the second with a double bed consisting of two single beds joined together, a wardrobe and a mirror. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

The jewel of this flat is the cosy garden overlooked by all the rooms. Surrounded by hanging lights, plants and colourful walls, and equipped with a sofa, two small tables with chairs, a barbecue and a drinking fountain, it creates an intimate space where guests can relax during their stay.

Comforts such as free wi-fi connection, TV in the bedrooms, washing machine, iron and heating will be available in the flat.
