Step into the light and airy kitchen/diner, where you can rustle up tasty dishes to enjoy at the dining table for four as you recount the days adventures.
Follow the stairs up to the first-floor sitting room, charmingly decorated and featuring two plush sofas, an electric fire and a Smart TV, ideal for relaxing evenings with loved ones.
Continue up to the second floor to discover two well-presented double bedrooms, both served by a well-appointed shower room.
Explore the local village, where you can treat your loved ones to meals at The Pack Horse, Colosseo, and Millies Tea Rooms, stock up on essentials at the convenience store and butchers, picnic in Hayfield Park along the River Sett, or enjoy wildlife rich walks through the River Sett.

The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with AGA, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for four, and a first-floor sitting room with electric fire and Smart TV. The second-floor bedrooms consist of a king-size and a double, along with a second-floor shower room. Outside, there is a front garden with patio and furniture, rear garden with patio, as well as roadside parking. Central village location, within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and pubs, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Your adventure to the Peaks begins at The Old Cobblers. Note: Grade 2 listed building with 5 steps down to the door. Unfortunately there is no wheelchair access to the property
