The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine and a living/dining room with an open fire and TV. . 2 seater sofa with additional dining chairs in lounge. The bedrooms consist of two double rooms with storage, along with a main bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside there is a front wildlife-friendly garden, and a side lawn area with furniture, and roadside parking on a first come first serve basis, accessible over a small bridge/stream. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop and pub, and within 1.2 miles you will find the beach, and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcomed and that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 26 Llawr Pentre is a charming dwelling for a trip to North Wales. Note: No handrail to the stairs. Note: The front garden is not enclosed. Note: There is a stream/bridge to the front of the property, which must be walked over for access.Please note: Dogs are welcome and must be added to the booking so the owner is aware.
