Built in Shakespeare’s time, it is now a Grade II listed property and one of the oldest houses in Barton.
It makes a wonderful choice for couples, friends and older families to enjoy the area.
Boasting a private fishing jetty onto the River Avon, it truly is a wonderful spot for both fishermen and guests to enjoy watching the tranquil river and the wildlife it attracts.
Coarse fishing is available in season within 100 yards of the property up a few steps to the bank of the River Avon.

The cottage is close to the Vale of Evesham where a variety of produce is grown and there are many farm shops and cafés and to be enjoyed close by.
