Very happy with Helvellyn House. But would say I don’t think two TVs in the walk through lounge is a good idea, only one is needed. Everything you needed was provided, although it might sound petty, not enough toilet rolls provided for eight people. The property is ideally situated for all amenities in Keswick and perfect for a large family group.

Help: instructions about rubbish and recycling- current situation not good We were very happy with the house but little details make things better!!Like more wine / beer glasses and a teapot and new saucepans would make the overall experience so much better Having said that we plan to rebook so it would be good to see these suggestions implemented Thank you

Great house in a great situation easy walks to town, museums, park and access to the mountains and the lake. House very well equipped.Maybe better instructions ( idiots guide ) for the heating and the cooker?
