Pepi’s Suites – new Alpine-style 4-Stars Apartment house and was individually designed in a way of perfect combination of a modern style with a traditional Alpine chalet style. Coming to the apartments after active skiing, hiking or cycling day our guests will find themselves in a spacious cozy living area with a dinner table, LED TV, big comfortable sofa and Aqua flame chimney awaking sense of comfort and well-being. Parking places as well as E-cars charding station are provided.
You are welcome to relax in our new SPA area with Infrared-, Finnish- & Bio-Sauna.
Our house has an ideal location, being situated in a quite picturesque place only a few minutes’ walk from Holzgau center, in 150 meters from a supermarket and restaurants. Ski bus stops near the house and are free of charge.
Parking places, Elektrocar charging station, drying room for ski boots, WiFi are provided (free of charge).
At the ground floor of Pepi's Suites you will find our Ski rent and sport shop.

One-time cleaning fee: Apartments with one bedroom €70,00; two bedrooms € 80,00

CHECK-IN is any time from 15:00 hrs. Should you arrive after 18.00 hrs., the Apartment cards will be left for you at the Reception Desk. The Entrance doors are always open. CHECK-OUT: On the day of departure, please vacate your room by 11:00 hrs. Late check-out is available on request.
