The 80sqm apartment located on the first floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift. ATTENTION: To access the apartment it is necessary to climb the stairs. The space is organized as follows: - BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, bathroom and with access to the terrace; - BEDROOM (2) with two single beds, wardrobe and access to the terrace; - KITCHEN CORNER with induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, 2 mocha, electric kettle, dishwasher, kitchen utensils and glasses of wine; - LIVING ROOM with sofa, table and chairs, split A / C and access to the terrace; -BATHROOM with bidet, shower and toilet; - TERRACE with wooden table and chairs; Other services available: limited pocket wifi, washing machine, centralized underfloor heating, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer, hot water; The bathroom is inside the master bedroom, so you need to go through it to access it. Excellent quiet location in the old, beautiful part of Bologna. Shops, coffee bars and restaurants close to the accommodation. Bright, clean, warm and comfortable apartment. Good mattress, quality bedding and clean towels. Friendly welcome. Some shortcomings are details that will definitely be fixed...

Eine sehr schöne neu eingerichtete, saubere Wohnung, optimal für drei bis vier Personen, mit zwei Bädern und großer Terrasse; ruhig gelegen, fußläufig fünfzehn Minuten von der Piazza Maggiore entfernt. Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte zuverlässig und problemlos, die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Sehr empfehlenswert.
