Eco-Chic Waterfront Lodge
This luxurious, single-story lodge is tucked away in the tranquil Resort Wijdenes and offers a modern retreat right on the shores of Lake Markermeer. Designed with comfort and sustainability in mind, the lodge features a bright living room with a smart TV and an open kitchen equipped with a combination microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and TVs, featuring comfortable box-spring beds that can be set up as double or single beds. Large French doors let in natural light and provide access to your own covered terrace – perfect for a morning cup of coffee or admiring the sunset.
Nature, Charm & Local Surprises
Just 12 km away lies the lively city of Hoorn, rich in Dutch history and local charm. Enjoy the canalside cafes, unique shops, and the famous Westfries Museum. At the resort, you can relax in a quiet, low-traffic environment, surrounded by green fields and lake views. The intimate size of the park guarantees peace and privacy, while nearby paths invite you to explore on foot or by bike. Pets are permitted in a limited number of accommodations and are always subject to availability. Therefore, please add your pet immediately when making your reservation. After completing the reservation, a pet can only be added upon request and only if a suitable accommodation is still available.
Please note: the park is car-free. You can park in the central parking lot. Handcarts are available in the park to transport your belongings from the car to your accommodation.

Die Lodge war vom Platz her völlig ausreichend und schön eingerichtet. Leider war es nicht so ordentlich geputzt an verschiedenen Stellen. Der Ort ist recht abgeschieden und man kann dort nichts unternehmen. Man ist definitiv auf ein Fahrrad oder Auto angewiesen. Der Empfang ist nur Nachmittags besetzt…

We vonden het fijn dat de bedden zowel als eenpersoons- als tweepersoonsbedden gebruikt konden worden, waardoor het voor ons beiden comfortabel was. Het overdekte terras bood een rustige plek om van de ochtendkoffie te genieten.
