The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, and dishwasher, a utility with fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining room, a sitting room with Smart TV, and a first-floor cloakroom. The bedrooms consist of two king-size rooms and a bunk room, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a front patio, an enclosed rear patio with furniture, and roadside parking. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles and a pub and the beach in 0.4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. We stayed at Owen villa's a few weeks ago and had a brilliant time. The location is fantastic as everything is within walking distance. There was plenty of eateries and shops close by and theres lots to do in and around Llandudno what ever the weather.
