The bedrooms consist of three doubles with a main bathroom. Outside there is a front lawn, an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, and bike storage, and a private driveway for three cars. You'll find a shop in 0.2 miles, a pub in 0.3 miles, and River Tees in 1 mile. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. Highchair and travel cot available upon booking.
