This villa is located in the district of Li parlati, a few steps from the Positano shore. The villa is located on the main road (the Amalfi state road) fully served by shops, restaurants, as well as local, regional and national transport.


The villa is a corner of paradise located 'in the high Positano', with the privilege of being able to choose both an alternative holiday, off the beaten tourist track, and to dive into the holiday turnover of the Amalfi and Sorrento Coast.


Villa Field in the 17th century was a parsonage, later abandoned. Later purchased by the 'Spreafico' couple, it was transformed into a cosy house with a vaguely arabesque flavour in the style of traditional local houses.

In particular, its atrium (or patio) with its bubbling fountain is reminiscent of certain Moroccan dwellings, as are its white walls, masonry seats, and wealth of plants.

Inside, each room has its own beautiful coloured tiled floor, starting with the beautiful living room, which is divided by an archway from the very modern and well-equipped kitchen area.


A staircase leads to the upper floor, which can also be accessed from the outside, with stone steps going up, in an almost spiral fashion, to a sort of loggia that houses the rooms. Last, but highly scenic, are two large terraces with a sensational view of Positano. The little beach and its sea invite one to lie in the sun during the day and dine at the wrought-iron table in the evening.

The house also enchants with its silence, since it is perched high up on the slopes, even though it is a stone's throw from the centre.

Fully equipped indoor kitchen with all necessary amenities such as induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and electric oven, kettle, etc.


RED ROOM:

First double bedroom with red tones, king-size bed, 40' flat-screen TV, wooden chest of drawers and coat rack, en-suite bathroom.


BLUE ROOM:

Second double bedroom with light blue tones, king-size bed, 40' flat screen TV, coat rack and TV.


ROOM 3:

Third bedroom with French sofa bed with thick memory mattress, pouf single bed in addition.

Check-in is available from 15.00 to 20.00.

Check-out must be by 10.00 a.m.

Guests will have to provide identification to fill in the P.S. card.


Visitor's tax is € 2.50 per night per person for the first 7 nights, payable in cash on arrival. Children up to 9 years of age are exempt.

On request, you can leave your car at a car valet parking for € 50 per day (depending on the size of the car).


SURROUNDINGS:


Thanks to its mild climate and beautiful landscape, Positano has been a holiday resort since the time of the Roman Empire. The town is full of stairways and characteristic alleys that lead from the top of the town down to the beach and where it is a pleasure to spend one's free time strolling and visiting the boutiques, art galleries and limoncello factories.

The main beaches are the Spiaggia Grande and the Spiaggia di Fornillo, both within walking distance, while worth discovering are: La Porta, Arienzo and San Pietro Laurito, all reachable mainly by sea.

An important highlight is also the church of Santa Maria Assunta with a magnificent dome made of majolica tiles, where inside there is the famous Byzantine icon of the Black Madonna.


Close to shops, grocery shops, bars and restaurants.

The flat is located on the main road of the Amalfi Coast and there are grocery shops, pharmacy, bars and bus stops nearby.

The internal public bus 'Flavio Gioia' takes you from the flat to the centre of Positano in 15 minutes, while the public bus 'SITA SUD' runs daily from Positano to Sorrento (15 km) and Amalfi (18 km). Both towns can also be reached by sea.
