Charming 16th-century apartment, completely renovated, located on one of Bologna's oldest streets, just a few minutes from Piazza Maggiore.
The apartment, situated on the ground floor, opens into a spacious and bright living room, furnished with modern pieces but decorated with elements that recall the original style.
The kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and coffee machine, also includes a dining table, a double sofa bed, and a cabinet with a TV. Continuing to the right, guests will find two double bedrooms, both bright and elegant.
One is equipped with a mirrored wardrobe, TV, and desk, while the other has a shelving unit with a coat rack and access to a small outdoor space convenient for drying laundry. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout, accessible from one of the two bedrooms. *The apartment is located in a ZTL (limited traffic zone); we recommend parking your car in one of the surrounding parking lots and exploring the historic center on foot. *A tourist tax may be requested upon arrival or a few days before arrival, the amount of which varies according to local regulations.

We stayed for two nights. There was no cutlery in the house. The toilet is located in a bedroom, you have to go through that bedroom to use the toilet. There is an incredibly unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. The towels and sheets were clean.

Wir waren ein Wochenende in dem schönen Appartment. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend, alles wurde super schnell und freundliche beantwortet. Wir waren insgesamt 5 Personen. Die Unterkunft war super aufbereitet, jede Person hat eigenen Handtücher bekommen, das Sofa-Bett war auch bereits fertig aufgebaut und überzogen. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft.

Great location, very nice walk into the central areas. Check in and check out we're very easy! Everything was clean. The only thing to note was there is a smell of plumbing, I'm not sure if there's anything they can do about it, maybe some air fresheners might help, or have the plumber in but it might be a building issue.
