Lovely place but pointless having a bath at the property as you will never get enough hot water to fill it. Be warned,it's an immersion heater and not a combi boiler so you get limited hot water. Didnt see the owner the whole time we were there,apart from once when my husband rang him about the water.

Lovely cottage, spotless has everything you need. Private hot tub lovely to relax in after a day out. Good location for visiting the many attractions in Norfolk or Cambridgeshire. Would recommend for a relaxing break
