Casale Madreterra is a typical 18th century stone farmhouse on two levels of about 200 square meters with bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, immersed in the quiet of the first hills on the border between Umbria and Lazio and is only 15 km from the city of Rieti.

From when you cross the gate to enter to when (alas) you let it vanish behind you, the background of your holiday is just chirps and rustles.

The villa is also surrounded by a garden with many trees, flowers and aromatic plants that fill the air with Mediterranean scents. From here you have a priceless view of the surrounding valley. Tell the truth, don't you already feel more relaxed?

On summer evenings, you can enjoy the pleasure of a dinner on the veranda or, if you are in the company of friends, you can use the large table on the patio next to the house, large but reserved thanks to the protection of the numerous shrubs that surround it.
