This penthouse, duplex apartment has three bedrooms with zip/link, super-king-size beds, two of which have an en-suite, along with a bathroom and an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area, sitting area and balcony. Appliances include an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and for entertainment there are four TVs, Blue Ray DVD player, DAB radio, and WiFi. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent and a stairgate, travel cot and highchair are available on request. Outside there is a designated parking space for one car and the balcony has sun loungers and furniture. This apartment takes one pet however smoking is not allowed. Find a shop, pub and beach within 0.3 miles. Please note: There is an internal lift to the penthouse level or two flights of stairs to the top floor. Parking
Please note there is a limited height in the underground car parking space. The Parking dimensions are: Width = 250cm; Length - 450cm; Height - 215cm. Please take driving in and out of the parking space as the space has a bollard which can go up and down to ensure the space is only used by residents.
SKY TV: The owner is pleased to be able to provide this property with Sky TV, please check the description for the Sky package provided. Please note that the PIN to the Sky box cannot be provided. Therefore there may be viewing restrictions applied during the day as per Ofcom regulations e.g. Watershed limitations. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Note: All bed requests must be made no later than 7 days before your arrival day. Any requests made after this date will be subject to enquiry and will incur additional housekeeping costs.
Please note, a neighbouring property to Porthminster Penthouse (opposite side of the building) will be undertaking maintenance works to the property from the end of January 2026 to end of February 2026 and scaffolding will be present. There should be no disruption to the view, but associated noises may be heard. These works are weather dependent and may be extended.
