The Georgian Wolds market town of Louth is 11 miles away and still boasts three markets a week.

The traditional seaside resort of Skegness is about a 30-minute drive with its award winning sandy beaches, fairground and amusements.

Very nice cottage and lovely views out the back. The only suggestion would to have a fenced in garden so the dog can run around without running off, the space is lovely though.
