The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, seating for four with sofa and TV, and sitting room with Smart TV and electric woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV and a twin serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is on-street parking, a front lawn and a rear garden with lawn, patio ad decked area with furniture. Within 1.5 miles there is a shop and 1.3 miles a pub. One well-behaved dog welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Appletree Cottage is a wonderful setting for a family holiday in Derbyshire. Note: Steps throughout the property, please take care.
