The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer, a utility with a washing machine, and a sitting room with a Blue Ray / DVD, TV and an electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower, a double with an en-suite WC, two further doubles, and a ground-floor single electric bed with footend and sidebars, along with a main bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is a rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. You'll find a shop in 0.5 miles, a pub in 0.1 miles, and the beach in 0.06 miles. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, smoking is not permitted. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Emberton is perfectly positioned for an adventure-filled break to the East Riding of Yorkshire.
