Follow the staircase of this property to find a stunning first-floor open-plan living area with wooden flooring and fresh white walls, a sitting area with a stylish L-shaped sofa and a theme of elegant greys and charming yellows invites you to recline and plan the day ahead of you, and the kitchen space is simply delightful, with contemporary furnishings creating a large space where all guests can cook together, using the abundant amenities fitted for your convenience, and large windows let in seas of natural light highlighting the opulence of this fantastic space, before you can serve your masterpiece on the glass dining table with stylishly mix-and-matched chairs. 3 Grove Mews consists of a first-floor open-plan living space with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, wine cooler and hairdryer, a dining area, and a sitting area with a TV, Sonos speaker and WiFi. The bedrooms include a ground-floor king-size with TV and en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, a second-floor double with TV and balcony, and a ground-floor single with pull-out truckle bed and TV. There is also a ground-floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed roof terrace with furniture and a balcony. Off-road parking is available for 1 car. Within 0.4 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.3 miles, a pub. This is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, no pets. The house was more than we expected. It was spotless! I thought the house was probably around 1year old if that. But very surprised after talking to a neighbour it was 5 years old!
