To the rear of the cottage, you will find the child and pet friendly enclosed garden overlooking a maize field.
This secluded and private garden is the ideal spot to unwind in the sun, soak in the hot tub and embrace the surrounding tranquillity.

The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, wine cooler, Smart TV, and wood fired log burner. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with a Juliet balcony, and a double, along with a ground-floor bathroom and a first-floor cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, furniture and hot tub, and off-road parking for two cars with an EV charging point. Within 1 mile you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles you'll find a pub, and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcomed, and that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Coach House is a lovely dwelling for a break to the North West. Note: There are steps to the exterior of the property. Note: The staircase is a bit narrow.
