This property has two bedrooms including a king-size and a single, along with a shower room, a cloakroom, a kitchen/diner, and a sitting room. Appliances include electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and for entertainment there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Outside, there is a garage with parking for one car, a public car park, and a front garden with decking and furniture .One well-behaved pet is welcome, however, no smoking allowed. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included, and you can find a shop and pub within 0.1 mile. Note: There is a step up to the decking, please take care. Note: The alley to the garage is narrow. Kemps Yard Retreat is a lovely cottage for a break with loved ones.

An excellent two bedroom accommodation. Recently refurbished with extremely well appointed kitchen - diner.New bathroom with excellent shower, just off the two bedrooms. Extra downstairs loo. Great central heating. Situated two minutes from town centre, pubs and restaurants. Can highly recommend. One to note....if your car is wider than a vw golf phone your contact for parking advice.

The house is located down a lane so very quiet but 3 minutes walk and u are in the middle of Thirsk
